Respect Fest Global Gig Night

Kicking off the evening, we have ‘What?’ A group of young and talented musicians that have formed through Tavistock Youth Cafe’s ‘Zephyr Music Project’. With a shared passion of rock music from various decades, the band will take you on a rock journey playing covers and originals!

Followed by Anairda; a Latin American singer-songwriter and activist based in Plymouth, known for her strong vocals and heartfelt performances. Anairda blends uplifting world folk-rock with Latin influences. Her multilingual and progressive lyrics have been described as “inspiring, fiery and deeply radical”. She will be playing with Raphaelle Ahmad on cajon and Charlie Carr on bass.

To finish the evening, we have a Global Rhythms DJ set.
