Route 27

This long distance route running from Plymouth to Ilfracombe in North Devon passes right through Tavistock. Parts of it use old railway tracks and others quiet country lanes.

It takes in the famous Tarka Trail from Meeth northwards and provides cyclists with the most stunning views of rolling farmland, moorland and river estuaries, all packed with wildlife and fascinating flora and fauna.
